Use the workplace assessment, APV
It is a statutory requirement to assess the employees' risk of being exposed to dangerous substances and materials and to ensure that work can always be carried out in a healthy and safe manner. It is part of your workplace assessment, APV.
Sustitute the hazardous substances
The best you can do is replacing the dangerous substances or materials with others which are less dangerous. If this cannot be done, you must look at technical and organizational solutions that can reduce the risk. If this is also not possible, the employees must use personal protective equipment that can protect them.
