Campaign: It’s Complicated - Confessions of a Customerholic

Have you ever been involved in a conflict with a customer at work? Or been shouted at by a customer? You are not alone. Unfortunately, more and more people are experiencing conflicts and inappropriate behaviour from customers while at work. Watch the campaign film below with English subtitles.

Working with customers is not always easy. That is the message behind the campaign film, which aims to encourage customers to reflect on their behaviour. Perhaps you even recognise a similar situation from your own working life?

The campaign was developed jointly by the Danish Sector Working Environment Committees (Branchefællesskaberne for Arbejdsmiljø): BFA Handel, Finans og Kontor and BFA Transport, Service - Turisme og Jord til Bord. Together, they provide practical guidance on preventing and dealing with conflicts and inappropriate behaviour from customers.
