Work place environment in shops and stores

In Denmark, the employer has a legal responsibility to ensure a good physical and mental working environment at your workplace. This is carried out in a close collaboration between employer and employees. In every business with more than 10 employees, this has to be done through a formal Health and Safety Organisation with management representatives and elected Health and Safety Representatives.
